Perfect as a light start for Iftar. Or to pass around to your guests when they come visiting for Raya! These bite-sized limited edition canapes will not only look gorgeous on your festive spread, but they will definitely delight the palate of you and your guests and disappear in the blink of an eye! - Chicken Satay in Cups Made of tender grilled chicken, marinated in all the wonderful spices of the Nusantara, each cup holds a skewer of satay, ketupat and a rich peanut gravy. Absolutely satisfying and perfect as a starter and for sharing amongst a group of friends - Chicken Tikka on Crostini Marinated chicken thighs with spices and yogurt, each bite brings delight and pure pleasures- Our toasted crostini gets stacked with our coriander pesto, followed by brie cheese, the tender chicken and finishes with some chutney! Delightful in every bite! - Beef Rendang Tart Our slow-cooked beef rendang, made from my Padang family's recipe, sits elegantly in an all butter puff pastry tart shell. A burst of flavour in every bite!
