A lighter version of my original recipe, which was printed in The Straits Times in December 2015! A rich, decadent fruit cake, without the alcohol. It is still made with all the good things such as apricots, cranberries, sultanas, raisins and more. With a moist almond cake to hold everything together, this is one solid fruit cake! Topped with a beautiful passionfruit drizzle and sprinkled with dried flower petals, this petite loaf of Christmas Fruit Cake is a taste of tradition with a twist.
